MRI OF RIGHT KNEE WITHOUT ARTHROGRAM: Protocol: The routine protocol with multiple sequences and planes of imaging was used. Findings: 1- Joint effusion: None; no evidence of a popliteal cyst 2- Menisci: Complex tear of posterior horn of lateral meniscus is visualized. Medial meniscus is intact. 3- Anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments: Intact 4- Medial collateral ligament: Intact 5- Posterolateral corner: popliteus tendon, fibular collateral ligament and biceps tendon are intact. 6- Quadriceps and patellar tendons: Normal 7- Articular cartilage: Evidence of trochlear dysplasia and cartilage blistering of medial patellar facet, indicative of chondromalacia patella grade 2 are noted. Early degenerative changes are seen at both tibiofemoral compartments. 8- Osseous structures: Normal; no contusions, fractures, or other lesions 9- Pes anserinus: Intact 10- Iliotibial band: Normal 11- Other abnormalities: None Opinion: Posterior horn of lateral meniscus tear, Mild tricompartmental degenerative changes
